Footwear Research — Contextual Inquiry & Insight Synthesis
I conducted a comprehensive user research initiative focused on how individuals engage with their everyday footwear across comfort, movement, narrative, and emotional drivers. Through contextual interviews, 24-hour wear diaries, and Lextant-style pattern synthesis, I identified key behaviors, unmet needs, and opportunity spaces within sustainable footwear design.
The work resulted in a 58-page research book detailing user mindsets, sensory cues, pain points, and evidence-based design criteria.
